Ecuador has published the Second Supplement (No. 467) to its e-invoicing regulations in the Official Gazette.

This triggers substantial changes to Decree No. 430 of 2010 - the "Regulation of Sales Receipts, Retention, and Supplementary Documents". These modifications specifically relate to electronic sales receipt information for large taxpayers, who now fall under the ambit of Ecuador's expanding electronic invoicing programme.
