Sales & Licensing Support

Log a Sales Support request for a request for quote, submitting an order, non-technical issues on your license, subscription renewals, partner questions, invoice portal registration, or reconfiguration requests. Please remember to include references to your license, order, contract, or invoice when applicable.

For Technical Support inquiries, please make sure to log a Technical Support Case instead, to ensure prompt assistance from the appropriate team. 

  1. If you have a Technical inquiry, click here to contact Technical Support.
  2. If you are a current Partner, click here to log a Sales Support Request from the Partner Portal. From there you can also request NFR licenses when eligible.
